Juanda Drumgold is the member of the Board of Directors with the most seniority, having served since 1995.  She is a staunch advocate of the elderly and previously worked as Director of Elderly Services for YMCA Boston.  Ms. Drumgold currently volunteers with the United South End Settlements at the Harriet Tubman House in their senior programs.  Ms. Drumgold is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of Older Americans and the board of the BU Alzheimer Disease Center.  She serves on the BAMSI Board Nominating Committee, the City of Boston Elderly Commission and the City of Boston Long Term Care Task Force.
