Don Zimmerman is Vice President of Human Resources and oversees employment and recruiting, training and development, labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee services, and payroll.

Mr. Zimmerman joined BAMSI in 2007 and has more than 30 years of experience in human resource management, including serving as Vice President of Human Resources for PharmaCare (a subsidiary of CVS Corporation), as Senior Executive Director of Human Resources for the Providence School Department, and as Corporate Director of Human Resources for The Monet Group.

Mr. Zimmerman attended Juniata College and the University of Rhode Island, where he earned a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations with a concentration in Human Resource Management.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the New England Human Resources Association, and he serves on the Executive Committee of the Brockton Area Workforce Investment Board.
