Margot Carleton joined the BAMSI administrative team in 2011 as the Vice President of Information Services. In this position, Ms. Carleton works with the Information Services team, along with the Executive Management Team, to support BAMSI’s growth and high-quality service to the community with cost-effective and efficient support systems.

Prior to joining BAMSI, Ms. Carleton spent 25 years working at Covidien, a $10B medical device manufacturer, at their Mansfield, Massachusetts corporate office. During the last 10 years of her tenure, she was the Vice President of Information Services, where she was responsible for applications and acquisition integrations for several lines of business.

Ms. Carleton graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Systems and a minor in Computer Science. She is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM) and completed their Regional Leadership Forum.
