The Community Service Agency (CSA) of the Brockton Area provides intensive coordination of care to support youth with serious emotional challenges as they remain in their home and community.
The Community Service Agency offers team-based, individualized, culturally competent and family-driven services in a family’s home or other appropriate community setting.
The goal of the Community Service Agency is to collaborate with parents and/or caregivers to develop a team of formal and informal people who can support the youth and family to meet their identified needs and vision for the future. The team empowers parents and/or caregivers to navigate the System of Care on behalf of their child and help parents develop the skills and confidence needed to manage daily crises as they occur. Our staff includes care coordinators, family partners, peer mentors and a board certified child psychiatrist.
The Community Service Agency is a program of BAMSI’s Child, Family and Community Services Division with a philosophy of care that includes the youth and family voice and choice in every stage of the planning process. Services are individualized, strengths-based and outcome-driven.
