Report an Ethics Concern

BAMSI believes that by providing an environment that promotes our core values – honesty, compassion, inclusion, collaboration, learning, accountability and leadership – excellence in our workplace is achieved, along with the highest quality of care for persons served.

In accordance with BAMSI’s Code of Ethics and our Workplace Conduct Policy, employees are expected to report any suspected unethical or illegal behavior or other policy violations to their supervisors, Quality Management or Human Resources. Employees may report ethical violations in confidence and without fear of retaliation. BAMSI does not permit retaliation of any kind against employees for good faith reports of ethical violations.

This anonymous reporting system can be used to report ethics violations or serious policy violations. Should you voluntarily decide to offer your name, it may be helpful in resolving your report more quickly. Additionally, your identity will be protected to the maximum extent practicable and allowed by law.
