Individualized Day Services is an innovative community-based program that serves individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The goal of the program is to enable individuals to lead independent, meaningful, and productive lives in the community; social and vocational support is provided to help individuals achieve these goals.

The program currently serves 17 individuals, many of whom have jobs. The staff provides job-based coaching and support. The program also provides a strong social network through which individuals can access community resources. Staff works with individuals to structure their free time so they can engage in meaningful and fun activities. Several persons served live independently in the community. The community team assists these individuals by helping them with money management, paying bills, and general housekeeping.
