The Service Coordination program has a staff of five service coordinators who work with residents and assure that their needs are met.  The service coordinators provide support on-site in Brockton Housing Authority (BHA) buildings, easily accessible for residents to drop by and request assistance.

Service Coordination is available to all BHA senior and/or adult disabled residents.  Residents can be self-referred or referred by Housing Authority staff, BAMSI staff, the resident’s family, or staff from other community and state agencies.  Service Coordination may also provide supportive services to other BHA residents, at the request of the Housing Authority.
