Prevention and Wellness Health Fair
A Prevention and Wellness Health Fair will take place on September 28, 2023 form 4pm-7pm at 722 Belmont Street in Brockton.
This is an all-ages, free event that will bring together the Haitian Community Partners, Association Caboverdiana of Brockton, and Brockton Neighborhood Health Center to focus on bringing the Brockton community together for education, awareness and overall health prevention.
Some take-aways will be:
- Free food trucks, snacks and treats
- Free giveaways from our community sponsors
- Free community food pantry
- Free rapid HIV testing (results in 20 minutes)
