Whether you start your morning with a walk or jog or prefer to spend time decompressing reading or cooking\, all our daily activities have an impact on our mental and physical health. \nUnlike a traditional walk/run/bike race\, this virtual race allows you to participate on your own\, with friends\, family or coworkers\, showing your support whenever and wherever you are day or night; rain or shine; inside or outside. The choice is yours! You simply register anytime during the virtual race dates and continue to do the things that you normally do to stay active\, knowing you are raising vital funds to support those facing mental and behavioral health challenges across our community.

It’s a big job and we need your help!
