If you like helping people or are interested in a career in healthcare, join BAMSI as a Residential Counselor. RC’s work in homes with 3-6 residents needing varying levels of support.
Shifts can be flexible and both part and full time schedules are available. There are ample opportunities for overtime, too!

BAMSI offers comprehensive basic training as well as optional courses in everything from the Massachusetts Medication Administration Program to using Positive Behavioral Supports, to operating a ventilator. BAMSI employees also have access to tuition assistance, tuition remission, and tuition reduction programs to help further your education.
