Haiti and the Haitian people have endured repeated upheaval and struggle since gaining independence. We recognize your strength and perseverance in the face of repeated trauma as remarkable and a testament to your continued strength and resolve. You are not alone!  Please know we stand with you and all the people of Haiti across the globe as you process this act of political violence and loss of human life.
