Notice something different? We wanted to make it easier for BAMSI employees to find out what is happening within the organization. The new MyBAMSI Landing Page still has all the Quick Links you need to clock in, check email, access eHana, submit a facilities request, and more. Now it also has the latest news, updates on employee perks, an easy to use calendar of events, videos of BAMSI staff with persons served, and shout outs to the people and programs that make BAMSI great!
The Marketing and Communication team worked with people in the field to design this page to help staff access the tools and information they need quickly and easily. The new layout includes one-click access to Citrix, UKG (formerly UltiPro), Concur, Shiftboard, IT support, and the full BAMSI intranet.
One of the goals of the new layout is to promote opportunities for employees to more easily get in touch with the administrative departments supporting the field. “Office Hours” will be posted in the calendar section for each department and all BAMSI employees are encouraged to use the posted zoom link whenever they have a question, problem, or idea they want to discuss. In addition, the monthly Listening & Learning Sessions and various committee and workgroup meetings will be posted so any BAMSI employee that would like to participate can join in.
