BROCKTON, MA (May 6, 2025) – BAMSI, a leading non-profit human services organization is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Sullivan to its Board of Directors. Sullivan brings a wealth of financial expertise and a strong commitment to community service that will be invaluable to BAMSI’s mission.

Michael Sullivan is a Managing Director in the Audit Department at Tonneson & Co., where he began in November 2023. With over a decade of experience in public accounting, he has a deep understanding of financial management, governance, and strategic planning – skills that are essential for effective board leadership.

Prior to joining Tonneson & Co., Sullivan spent ten years as an auditor at CBIZ, gaining valuable experience in financial reporting and internal controls.

Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Providence College and a Master of Finance from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Massachusetts. His strong financial acumen and understanding of best practices in accounting and auditing will be particularly beneficial to BAMSI’s financial oversight and sustainability.

Outside of his professional life, Sullivan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, is an avid golfer, and is a dedicated fan of Boston sports teams. His commitment to family and community aligns well with BAMSI’s values.
