Babacar brings a distinguished background in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, with a career focused on advancing equity, access, and quality of care. Most recently, he served as CEO of Deutsches Altenheim Legacy Life Care Management in West Roxbury, where he led a multi-entity senior care campus through a period of stability and growth. His accomplishments included expanding service lines, improving financial performance, strengthening workforce development, and enhancing compliance readiness.
Babacar is known for his value-based leadership style, which emphasizes collaboration, inclusiveness, and accountability. He is passionate about building strong, empowered teams that deliver sustainable impact.
