The Racial and Social Justice Workgroup is excited to announce the creation of a new subgroup that will focus on LGBTQIA+ concerns.

The mission of this group is to work together towards creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for LGBTQIA+ staff and persons served at BAMSI. We aim to create and sustain a sense of community throughout our entire organization. It is our aim to build workplace equity and to provide culturally sensitive care to our persons served.

The group will meet via zoom every other week from 12:30 -1:00 p.m.
