This program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of new and emerging leaders.

Program Highlights:

• Participate with a cohort of peers
• Six sessions on leadership topics
• Personal mentor

Eligibility:

• New leader (2 years or less in supervisory role) or Emerging leader
• In good standing
• Current with training requirements
• Registered for or completed BAMSI Leadership Development & Introduction to Diversity & Cultural Competence
