BAMSI Receives a $3,500 in Grants from Local Walmart Stores

BROCKTON, MA (August 12, 2024) – BAMSI is proud to announce that it has been awarded a total of $3,500 in grants from the Brockton, Avon, and Abington Walmart locations as part of Walmart’s Spark Good program.

Walmart’s recently launched Spark Good initiative seeks to uplift and strengthen nonprofits like BAMSI to create positive change in local communities by providing vital resources. These grants will help equip BAMSI to expand the outreach efforts of its programs and services and drive forward its mission.

“When organizations like BAMSI work with community partners to help people in need, everyone wins. We are so grateful to our friends at Walmart for their very generous support. These financial gifts will aid our programs such as BAMSI Helpline give assistance to individuals and families in need. Our kids’ programs are always in need of support during the year and our elder programming really appreciates the generosity of those who give. Thank you so much Walmart.
