Pamela (Pam) Ryan joins BAMSI from Phoenix House

Brockton, MA- BAMSI is excited to welcome Pamela (Pam) Ryan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Pam has over 20 years of CHRO experience and excels at change management, organizational development, and process improvement. A champion of diversity and inclusion and employee engagement initiatives, Pam’s track record of driving cultural change is one of the many assets she brings with her to BAMSI.

Pam also brings extensive expertise in employee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and leadership development, having transformed these areas with previous employers to align with best practices, increase internal referrals, and decrease turnovers.  BAMSI is excited to add her dynamic leadership to its already strong Human Resources department.

Pam most recently served as CHRO of Phoenix House, a leading nonprofit, evidence-based substance abuse and behavioral health treatment provider employing over 2,5000 individuals nationwide. She is a graduate of Rhode Island College and attends Massachusetts School of Law. Pam is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
