We at BAMSI join everyone in our community and our country to mourn the loss of life in the horrendous events in Atlanta this week. This event is another example of the continued rise in discrimination, prejudice, and violence against our Asian and Pacific Islander community over the past year. We acknowledge that many of our staff and our individuals served represent this community. We stand in solidarity with you and offer comfort and care to you in this incredibly difficult time.

This kind of violence and hatred under any circumstances against any people is intolerable to us all. It will not deter our efforts to build and grow a diverse and inclusive atmosphere for all who work and all those we serve at BAMSI.
