Ann is a former corporate executive and law partner with extensive experience in international business and regulated industries. Over a long and varied career, Ann has counseled corporate boards and senior management on business-critical issues involving regulatory strategy, risk, and compliance across multiple sectors, including health care services and life sciences. In recent years her work has focused on data privacy, cybersecurity, responsible AI, and digital transformation. Ann currently serves on the boards of BAMSI and WorldBoston and served as vice-chair of the board of the International Institute of Communications from 2016-2023. A native of southeastern Massachusetts, Ann is a dual US-UK citizen and currently resides in Boston.
